But when properly equipped, a new four-door Wrangler can tow up to 3,500 pounds (whereas most two-door models can tow around a sturdy 2,000).
Grand Cherokee
The Jeep Grand Cherokee has always had an eye toward luxury.
More refined than the Cherokee, the Grand Cherokee is drenched in comfort and flair. But it’s still a Jeep, which means it’s still plenty capable of work, action, and adventure.
And when it comes to towing capacity, the Grand Cherokee is no slouch at all, offering the most pulling power of any of these models.
Up to 7,200 pounds, to be more precise. So go ahead and hook up the boat, the trailer, even the compact fifth-wheel. The Grand Cherokee can handle it.
