GMC is known for its rugged and bold workhorse vehicles. From hauling heavy loads, to toting the family around town, GMC knows what it takes to get the job done. GMC has combined styling, efficiency, and utility in the new 2016 GMC Terrain. Its bold design has been updated and includes a new hood, redesigned front and rear facia, LED daytime running headlamps, and new distinctive three bar grille.

On the interior of the Terrain, you will find multiflex rear seating, with a 60/40 split on the second row, and plenty of interior cargo space. It also includes: color touch radio, available heated leather seats, available Pioneer premium audio, available 8-way power adjustable driver seat, ambient lighting, new shifter assembly, tight construction to minimize air leaks and road noise, and triple door seals and laminated windshield/front side glass.

New safety features available on the 2016 Terrain include: Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning, and OnStar as well as side blind zone alert, rear cross traffic alert, and ultrasonic rear park assist. Six airbags encompass the 2016 GMC Terrain ensuring its passenger’s safety as well as the driver’s safety.

Technology on the Terrain includes the touch screen radio with Intellilink. This allows smartphone integration to give the driver hands free calling, phone book access, streaming Pandora, Stitcher, and Smart Radio, available iPod control, text message support, available Siri Eyes-free, available color touch navigation that offers multiple map views, and multiple destination input methods.

Also available on the 2016 Terrain are the 4G LTE Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, standard rear vision camera, six speed automatic transmission, StabiliTrak, AWD, automatic grade braking, hill start assist brake, and a fully independent suspension. Estimated EPA is 32 MPG on the highway. The 2016 GMC Terrain will be available in late 2015.
